We often say that the best indicator of future behaviour is past performance. Therefore, a key part  for improving is to learn from what we have done in the past, not only mistakes that we have made, but also what went well. 

Agile methodology builds on Retrospectives as the main continuous improvement practice and this is something that the tech team here at Ebury has been doing for quite a while, and we wanted to share our learnings with the rest of you.
